My daughter, Sofia, is only six months old. She's still tiny: just beginning to smile, recognize us, and reach out for her familiar voices. But instead of peaceful days, our family is now facing a difficult ordeal.

To stop her progression and try to save her vision, our little girl needs to be admitted to the Hospital Ophthalmique Jules-Gonin in Switzerland.

A deposit of 55,000 Swiss francs is required.

One charity has already supported us and covered part of the collection—$14,322—but we still need to raise the rest.

This story is especially difficult for our family...

Then, it was too late to explain what was happening. Precious time was lost, and by the time everything became clear, they were no longer able to help our little boy.

Our son was sent home. We held him in our arms, heard his cries, watched him slowly weaken. Then he fell into a coma, and five days later he was gone… 😭🕯️💔

We tried to move on with our lives. We were told it wouldn't happen again, and we believed such a nightmare would never return.

But now a similar ordeal has befallen our little Sofia 😢

And in Switzerland, they're ready to try to save Sofia's eye and at least some of her vision.
